When we complete your inspection a detailed checklist will be provided to you outlining any areas in need of attention, recommendations for improving your building’s electrical safety and guidelines for future upgrades. Lux levels will also be measured to ensure the property’s lighting meets your requirements.

Structural inspections are typically carried out prior to purchasing or leasing a building. It is recommended to have an experienced surveyor check the structural condition of your building to make sure you’re not in for any surprises down the line. Upon completion of the survey, a report will be provided which details any problem areas, recommended work and guidelines for the repair of any issues found.
